1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Resolved] on: November 05, 2025, 10:01:46 PM
Do you @SirJohnVonSlotty know whether Winna can classify winnings from card counting on Pragmatic as fraudulent, and therefore invalidate any winnings made with those funds?

Maybe it is a casino specific question but I don't think u can confiscate winnings from playing Blackjack, right?

You can confiscate anything if you have enough proof and if the license that you're holding isn't strong enough. With black casinos no one wants to pay off winnings, but with an MGA or a state licensed casino? You have to.

Winna, as the casino, doesn't have the recordings and the review team, Pragmatic has it, so it was initiated by Winna and reviewed by Pragmatic.

2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Resolved] Winna.com scammed me out of $80k winnings. on: November 05, 2025, 10:24:48 AM
Hey guys, Little Mouse asked me to jump in here.

He didn't mention the thread or the case, he just asked me if card counting is possible online and if it's flagged by the provider and the operator, and the answer is yes to everything.

I've had the pleasure of working with Pragmatic Play (and almost all other live casino providers). There's a lot of effort being placed into mechanisms revealing cheaters and card counters. There are recordings of each game, and people who manually review these things have been in the industry for years and are doing this 40 hours per week + have software with decades of data. It's like a kid with chocolate on his nose telling his mom that he didn't eat it, the kid thinks he's smart, but mum saw that a million times + did it herself as a kid.

The TOS didn't mention "card counting", and it doesn't make sense in an online casino.

Card counting falls under the anti-fraud policy, we can't specifically ban it, that would cause too much reputation damage, but we can (and will) enforce it through that point.

Even in brick and mortar casinos it's not illegal, all they can do is ban you from playing. But they'll still have to pay your winnings.

This is true. Winnings for that specific gaming session would be paid out, and the user would get banned. This case is a bit different though, the user had two (or more) separate sessions and clearly showed a pattern of manipulation.

I'll fix it for you: I would advise anyone not to gamble online.

You know that I need to defend this Grin I would advise anyone looking to earn money to not gamble online. Gambling is and should only be a form entertainment. Same as one shouldn't expect to earn money from Netflix.

I just don't know if $100k is enough to start building an online casino in this crypto space?

That's maybe a total of 300 acquired players, so I'm also curious how he's doing and paying wages/deposits.

Thank you all for the applications.

I had over 100 applicants and got spammed to death via messages, PM's, Telegrams and pigeons.

I've picked out 10 applicants that stood out and will continue with them, if you didn't hear from me via PM then you weren't selected.

If you would like to get selected for the future, improve the way that you're applying to job postings.

Begging for a job post will not get me to hire you.

Some small details like just giving a proper reply and expressing interest will get me to interview you.

Explaining who you are and what you can do for me in terms of the job posting will get me to hire you.

Thank you again, I will open up a new round 10 weeks from now.

10  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for Forum Posters for a Digital Marketing Campaign on: June 14, 2025, 08:32:24 AM
How will the application look?

I will review your profiles to check your English level and your quality of posts.

If all is good I'll reach out to the three best ones.

Two have already been reserved, going to Upgrade00 and rat03gopoh

We move quick so already by tomorrow afternoon you'll all know who's in and who's set aside for the next round.

Just to point out that this is not part of any BTT or ATT scheme, it's an exercise involving AI, Car and Gaming forums.

With that said;

I’m looking for a group of individuals who would like to join a forum marketing agency.

Your day will mostly look like it looks now, you would join various forums and engage with the community in a legit way, contribute to the forums and grow your presence.

Then once or twice per month a campaign will role out and you will need to advertise the campaign through that forum (forum post or thread).

This is an experimental exercise for now, and my budget is limited to $125 per month per person, and will last 3 months.

You will be given three accounts and would need to deliver at least 10 posts per account per month.

If the exercise proves to be a success, your salary will be bumped, and other opportunities will emerge.

You will be joining a high performing team, most of us are professionals in their early 40ies looking for unique ways to make our clients happy.

I would need a total of 5 people. Payment is in crypto. You need to have at least 100 posts on this forum so that I can check your English and engagement level.

Happy Bitcoin Pizza Day

If you ask me, I think some enhancement was used here, like an AI tool. I don’t have any evidence, but if you examine the image you uploaded, they look different.
The bitcoin logo looks really different and the the lines of the logo changes. Also, you didn’t provide any proof of how you created that Bitcoin logo. To me, it really looks AI generated on the part of bitcoin logo.

I hope you're not using AI here to cheat, because if you are, someone from DT will definitely tag your account for cheating. Hope @icopress consider checking this entry if AI or not.

I also noticed that it's AI-ish, especially the logo which changes shapes and doesn't look baked at all.

and some other reviews, will edit if necessary

Strongkored writes good reviews and I would warmly recommend that OP ignores the merit count and takes a look at some of his examples, I've used him for our own casino operation, and he's gotten much better as well. I'm sure that he'll offer a valuable review if included in the campaign.

18  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betpanda.io SCAM 1550€ on: May 17, 2025, 06:07:46 AM
but when a player accuses an operator of scamming them or handling things unfairly publicly, i would expect the operator to also publicly address the accusation with some kind of proof, and if the player is really cheating the casino, it should be easy to prove, especially if it's arbitrage like the example you gave.
and imo, it's not really a waste of time when your reputation is at stake.

I fully understand your point, but there's just too many scammers per day, and you can't add a headcount to the team that will just deal with scammers, you just block them and move on. Both TrustPilot and this forum aren't big acquisition sources, if there's a negative review no one cares. However, if you start pinging affiliates like Efialtis and AskGamblers and tell them what's happening, then they can cut off the traffic, and that will get their attention.

From my understanding, Betpanda license company is located in Costa Rica, but they are licensed under Anjouan, and the terms of use that they have are abiding by the Anjouan framework

But that Terms of Use are complete bullshit and don't fit into any consumer rights laws.

If this is a common tactic and happens constantly, I would think about replicating what we did for HunnyFinance here https://asktom.cf/index.php?action=trust;u=3410892b
19  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betpanda.io SCAM 1550€ on: May 16, 2025, 10:02:01 AM

From my side what I would like to know is:
#1. OP can you confirm if you have been using several different operators with the same odds provider?
#2. OP can you confirm if your initial deposit of 201.37€ was refunded or confiscated?

#1 - I can confirm i have used several different operators with the same odds provider, aswell as different providers. It's not like i am chasing specifically for casinos with betby provider. I have used many others as well. I try to choose where i play carefully based of how safe the casino is, and what it offers, not it's odds provider. I think we can all agree that there's alot of betby casinos these days. Never had an issue before tho.

#2 - I can confirm i didn't receive, neither my initial deposit or winnings. My account was closed, and i've been pretty much ignored. Their representative stopped by to drop a vague copy/paste he usually likes to drop on other scam accusation threads, and that was it.

If the initial deposit wasn't refunded then it's a scam, @Betpanda kindly refund the amount, it's not a large sum and it's not worth the hassle, you can even refund it through the campaign manager.

If the amount is not refunded by the end of the month I will support the flag.

Hey team,

I was asked by Little Mouse to take a look at this thread and leave a comment, so below are my comments. Keep in mind that I'm not associated with anyone in this thread.

Some facts before I start:
#1. Every Operator that doesn't have a license and offers NO KYC is a high risk operator, since you can't prove anything and there's no one to fight.
#2. Every NO KYC sportsbook operating without a license has a very strict TOS and hates arbitrage betting and uses that TOS to fight everyone and anyone.
#3. AskGamblers will put little to no effort into resolving issues that look like a waste of time, especially with a non-licensed operator, and a newly registered user under a troll nickname.
#4. The Player/OP mentioned that he's active on several operators that share the same sportsbook provider and verified on them, this is labeled as a high risk behavior
#5. The situation is NOT A SCAM if the Operator labeled it as arbitrage, returned the Deposited funds, but confiscated Bonus funds and Winnings.
#6. The situation IS A SCAM if the operator confiscated deposited funds and ignores the player
#7. The situation IS COMPLICATED if you left 1 BTC with the operator in 2014 and returned in 2025 to withdraw it. During our crypto casino operation we let these things slide even during the volatile periods, but I can imagine that some other operators don't want to do that because you're literally giving money away for free since you've converted those coins at the end of each month.
#8. Scam accusations on this forum do not get traction, and it's very hard to appoint a headcount to manage them and reply to each individual post. So whoever is replying, is replying in their free time, so treat them with respect, they are just trying to help.
#9. User Generated Casino reviews on all platforms are mostly low, because only the losing users are the vocal ones. No one is going to go and share how they won 50 eur one day, that is really rare.

From my side what I would like to know is:
#1. OP can you confirm if you have been using several different operators with the same odds provider?
#2. OP can you confirm if your initial deposit of 201.37€ was refunded or confiscated?

what pisses me off about this is that the player has no way to prove they did nothing wrong. i mean, how exactly do one prove they didn't do "fraud"?

If I see that your e-mail, card or wallet is registered with 10 different sportsbook providers, you're planning the fraud, but I can't tell you that yet, I'll just flag you for the next person who will review you.

If the Game Provider gives me a list of all your arbitrage bets across those 10 different providers, you did the fraud, but I can't waste my time on telling you that because I have 10000 of similar accounts in my inbox.

If you're covering your ass with different mails and throw away cards, you're still human and are leaving a footprint in the matrix, a matrix that has been trained for the past 30 years, and you started cheating operators 6 months ago. I wrote an example somewhere on the forum where I mentioned how we accidentally caught one user with 6 mail accounts and each of them had the same amount of dots and S letters.  Also betting and gambling patterns are easily recognized since there are systems in check to flag it up for us.

+ another 6 or 7 situations where it's really easy for me, as a business, to see that you're scamming me.

How to prove that you didn't do arbitrage? By being a genuine player.
