I am also willing to ship to other countries and my thread with coin pictures can be seen here - https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=1091843.0.   If you are outside of the United States shipping will be calculated per request since there are slightly differing costs, but it shouldn't be much greater than the current cost in my thread.

I'm happy for Ravenbit for selling out but unfortunately I wasn't able to get one. Thanks Mitchell anyway for your efforts in organising this group buy. Maybe I'll pick one up if anyone in the UK ever lists one for sale.
