St Pauli is doing quite a really good job in this season, no matter the results they are being a really hard to beat team on the pitch so we have to congratulate them, a few seasons back nobody can predict this from them, they were a second tier team like others, im happy with it because as far as i know St Pauli is one of the most biggest fan base clubs in Germany right?

Yes union Berlin did well but they had a stronger opponent and so it was fine they got the result they got, they made it tough for their opponents so the in did not come off easy and they even wanted to equalize if they were given the chan, they are actually above average and will do well moving forward in the Bundesliga, only that they can not aim at the title.

Bayern Munich last two matches against union Berlin ended in a Draw. Infact, this latest encounter almost ended in a draw as Bayern Munich Narrowly escaped with a Three points. History has shown that Bayern Munich has never had an easy win against union Berlin. Luckily, Bayern Munich escape with  a win and have progressed straight into the quarter- finals of the DBF cup. Bayern Munich wasn't favour last season but i think it's was because they didn't take the DBF cup very serious then. This season,Bayern Munich is very serious,and as long as Bayern Munich has gotten this far, they will surely win the Cup.

That is very true way of looking at season of Bayern Munich where they will likely win German league title well before season ends due to great strength of their team, but they have to work much harder to win champions league since other teams are very skilled. In order to win European trophy, team of Kompany must play almost perfectly in every game and must be ready to beat best of best teams like Arsenal, Man City, Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG and Inter Milan if they meet them in later knockout rounds.

Kompany is not too worried about the Bundesliga title. Bayern munich has no worthy rival in the bundesliga title race. Dortmund, Leipzig and Leverkusen have also been inconsistent this season.



Munich is at the top of the table with 34 points from 12 matches. They are 8 points  ahead of second-placed Leipzig. Munich is ahead by a large margin, but leipzig , Dortmund  and leverkusen have also been inconsistent in their performances. So in the future, these teams will gradually fall behind Munich by points. Even if they dominate the bundesliga, they will face big problems in the champions league. We have already seen Bayern Munich lose against Arsenal.

In the Bundesliga, they currently have the upper hand, as they're under little pressure from other teams. Their points gap is still difficult to catch up with the closest team in second place, so they should be able to relax in this Bundesliga. However, they must remain focused on their next league match.

Their focus on the Champions League will be even greater, as I believe they're targeting the best possible result in the Champions League: winning the title. Their chances are also very high in that competition, and they have a good chance of qualifying directly by finishing in the top eight.

Bayern Munich progressed to the quarter finals in the DFB Pokal. For once I questioned them about if there would be a similar scenario to the Bundesliga game they played against each other recently.

Because Union Berlin didn't give up easily. It was 2-3 quite early in the match so I thought there would be more goals. But it didn't happen. I'm quite sure many people bet on more goals in the remaining part. 

Bayern Munich couldn't win this cup for 5 years. Let's see if they finally make it.

Their intense attacks impressed me. Union Berlin were almost successful with their attacking plan against Bayern Munich. They attempted a total of 20 attacks, hit the target 7 times and took 2 penalties. They successfully completed the penalties. From a team that did not qualify for the Bundesliga, we saw a performance that even Bundesliga teams cannot do. They put Bayern Munich under a lot of pressure and presented a great challenge. Although they lost in the end. But their fight impressed me.

Certainly, the DFB Pokal Cup game was breathtaking and we saw that Bayern Munich and Union Berlin participated in this game. The attack of the host team impressed us too because their control, dominance, and style in this game were unmatched. Bayern are very talented but they were very inconsistent in the DFB Pokal Cup match as everyone probably saw when two Union players scored own goals, so it's fair to say that Union Berlin managed to make a much better impression than the Bundesliga table toppers, who showed very shaky skills in this match. But the only fighting spirit of the home team in the Pokal Cup match was in Leopold Querfeld who was able to score two goals from penalties in this game.

The team that was promoted to the Bundesliga last season and is only struggling to escape the relegation zone, just like this season, not too much has changed from them, but you are right, they are quite capable of making it difficult for top teams if they face them. And yes, they have a fairly large fan base in Germany, besides that, what I admire about their fans is their very high solidarity and anti-racism. Oh btw, as far as I know, their fans have taken over most of the shares of their team's proud stadium, I don't know if this allows fans to buy tickets cheaper or still the same.

Today Bayern managed to beat Union Berlin (a club that broke their long winning streak few weeks ago) 3-2 in an away game.
I haven't seen the game or even highlights of it, but looking at the stats, things can be a bit concerning for Bayern:


How can a club from the bottom half of the league table dominate the Bundesliga champion that much?
Shots on goal could be deceiving and not give a fair picture of the game, but the fact is, Bayern was not very effective in their attack, they conceded 2 goals and 2 of the goals scored for Bayern were own goals by Union's players.
Could it be a sign of Bayern's decline? Or have they taken a more relaxed approach today, as DFB-Pokal is probably not their top priority.

Bayern is a team having all the strength and powerful squad which really made the team an unbeaten one. But the results over here are different from the Bundesliga. Because now it is seen like Bayern is the only team which makes their influence in the Bundesliga. Because they were a team which is enjoying a continuous win in the Bundesliga which really helps them to strengthen their image. But over here it is the  thinking of many that it's a sign of decline in the performance of the Bayern. But I think it's not easy for Bayern to let others take their place. And I think maybe it's the part of any of their strategies that how to keep going and in which way things were taken by them. So, there is time remaining to make an opinion about the future position of the Bayern.

To be honest, I do not  think Bayern munich is very serious about winning the DFB -Pokal. Bayern munich won against Union Berlin. But they  gave their all. We didn't see Munich playing with a very aggressive  strategy either. Even then, Bayern Munich won 3-2.

Bayern Munich's main target is probably the champions league. Bayern munich wants to dominate both the Bundesliga and the Champions league. But after losing to arsenal , Munich lost the top  spot in the champions league. If Bayern munich wants to win the treble, they will  have to try to perform better in the DFB-pokal matches.

That is a mistake though. While the income you make from that is nearly nothing for a club that big, I would still say that winning two cups is better than just one and we all know that. League is nearly guaranteed for them, they know they will get it, won't be an issue, and UCL is unknown and we have seen how hard it can be with that Arsenal game, not saying they won't get UCL, they may, but they know it's hard.

Whereas DFB is easy, not that different and we can see it happen,  all the teams there are teams worse than Bayern Munich, so they should be able to get the title. Not saying they will, but they should try to get it at least. That would put them at one more title for the season and make it better for them.

I see Leverkusen as the favorite against Augsburg. This is because both Augsburg's position at the bottom of the table and the news of a coaching change at Augsburg are shifting the mental balance of the match in Leverkusen's favor. Leverkusen's confidence boost from eliminating Dortmund away in the cup also adds a special atmosphere to this match. In weeks like this, it's common for the favorite team to dominate the match. Augsburg's goal will be to roughen up the game, turn it into chaos, and disrupt Leverkusen's fast transitions, but if Leverkusen scores early, the match could quickly get out of hand.

For the Bundes Liga no one doubts their strength and no one doubts that they can't win, Munich will definitely get the championship again in the Bundes Liga, but in the Champions League with yesterday's defeat it is quite a pressure, losing to Arsenal with a score of 3-1 it is very unexpected, thinking that Munich can win it well but the Emirates has its own cruelty to beat Kompany's men there.

I honestly don't know what happened there, well football sometimes gives us those surprises, but we have to see that Arsenal in the UCL is another level, Arsenal knocked out Real Madrid last season, they are a team to be reckoned with, so that's something that should always be considered, I don't think they'll knock out Bayern, they're in a good position, but we'll have to wait and see.

Despite being a cup match, they faced Bayern Munich as a team that put up a strong fight. However, the result remained the same, and Bayern Munich advanced. Still, I congratulate them on their good performance.

Union Berlin performance was really surprising by anyone, majority didn’t expect such performance. That is why sometime  prediction is really difficult to do. Because like the match between union Berlin, the way Union performance was really going in that match if they were luck to win the match, people that will loose money ghat dah will be many, but unfortunately Bayern did everything to win the match.

Struggling Mainz takes on Borrusia Monchengladbach  tonight the game has already started. Mainz has only been able to get a win through out this season so far, this game is an opportunity for them to get a win and move up higher on the table because as it stands the are last and is likely going down to the lower league. The opponent they are playing too is not that strong so this is one game that they can win if they are determined to play this night.


But looking at the bottom half of the table the point gap is close so Mainz still has a greater chance of leaving the relegation zone if they can start getting points now. But it sad to see a team been able to get only one win and three draws after twelve matches .

H2H statistics and recent match results give Leverkusen the advantage or a guaranteed victory, even without Alonso. Kasper Hjulmand has managed to find the right rhythm for Leverkusen's strategy. The change in manager was initially questionable, but the new manager has managed to bring Leverkusen to greater consistency, and the match against Augsburg will be an easy task for Leverkusen.

BTW, I don't think Xabi Alonso has changed his name to Xavi Alonso yet.

The points difference between the teams on the bottom isn't that big so if any team starts winning more than a game, it will gets outside of the relegation zone. M'Gladbach is the best example and the recent one. Apart from their last defeat, M'Gladbach showed they are still able to play and win several times. Their today game is a must-win one since they are playing against a team weaker than them. Until now they are doing fine although playing away.

Mainz are playing at home and they will do anything possible to achieve the three point together against monchengladbach because they need to get the three point since they draw there last game, because if they fail they will be in danger and struggling to move out from relegation zone. If they win today they will be safe but now is a tough thing for them and Monchengladbach as be in bad form this season and I don't think they can achieve three point home with how they are playing currently am just seeing the game as a draw match. because both team are playing same pattern in the game so let just see how the first half will ends. Monchengladbach are trying to press but Mainz are defending well, any club that score will get the three point and Mainz have more opportunities to achieve the victory since they're playing at home let see how the game will ends.

I was going to bet over 2.5 goals on the Mainz 05 vs. Mönchengladbach match, but I'm glad I didn't. It's half time and there still hasn't been a goal. Maybe there will be 3 goals in the second half, but if the pace of the first half continues, that seems impossible. Mainz hasn't even attacked. Mönchengladbach hasn't found the net.
At this rate, Mainz will be relegated. If they keep playing this badly, they don't stand a chance.

What’s the point of being hard to defeat and you are still in the relegation zone? St Pauli has won just two matches this season, they lost nine and draw just one, they only have seven points out of possible 35 points which is a very poor performance from them, but if we rate how they made it to the Bundesliga, they did well but they need to put more effort to remain in the Bundesliga because with this performance, they can escape the relegation zone at all. They need to make sure they get their full points against average teams like them so that they can get and accumulate some points to escape the relegation zone.

This match might end in a draw again from the way it is going because their rate of playing draw is high, and none of them will want to drop points in this match. The analysis of the first half is funny, Mainz have 51 ball possession but no shot on goals or off goals, they are not making any attempts to create chance while Monchegladbash is making attempts to score goal, they might succeed if Mainz didn’t make some adjustment they will lose the match.

Judging by the momentum Bayern Munich have been playing since the start of the season, I strongly doubt that there's any German team that's gonna stop them from winning the German Bundesliga and the DFB-Pokal Cup. They've got the best performing team in Germany and one of the best in Europe so winning a double I think is most likely to happen for them at the end of the season. If there's anything to worry for the reigning German champions, it'll be winning the UEFA Champions League which will likely complete the treble.
They have the depth in squad to rotate the team when playing the different competitions and still get good results so why then do you think they'll want to let go of the Cup competition?
