Other blockchains and their offerings look good, but I don't see why I have to sell all my Bitcoin, as Bitcoin is and always will be #1 crypto-currency. You can use Ethereum based projects, too. The other blockchains is debatable, if they actually serve as a side chain for bitcoin.

Eg: if they serve way less confirmation times for micro transactions or for something else.

But it would have to be bitcoin unable to service something which makes people invest for the other blockchain because if its need.

People should have had high hopes when the price was below $300 in 2015. Currently the impact of the halving will just be 10-20% at most for this year. Which means..... Times for high hopes are over.

No such best time if you already made some profits out of your buy rates. And besides after selling if you already made profit you can buy again at the current price if you really believe about the good news that halving will bring.

I disagree. There is some sentiment that the price still will go up, but this is the 3rd time the price did not go to 500 dollar. Which means there is just too much resistence and perhaps we should forget it?

Price move is just normal. Besides we can't really feel some waves of the effect before halving. If it will start, then $500 is really touchable. So why the price is still in below $500, it's not bad to make and give some shot to buy at the current price.
