When I said we will start the "new enrollment next week" I don't seem to have been clear enough for some.

What this means and a reason behind it. To re enroll every week will be more work than I feel is needed, having each enrollment 2 weeks will give a reasonable amount of time for the tweets to meet the desired destination.

I will first, update the OP reflecting this, second I will accept an extra 5 people at random who applied.
