When I got to the second chapter of genesis I had a Deja-vu moment

I felt like I had just read the entire creation story, yet here it was again... almost the exact same thing repeated in the second chapter...

I found it strange that God felt the need to repeat himself so soon... It did not take long to realize that God repeats himself hundreds of times throughout the bible... I suppose God did not word it well the first time, and had to do it again?  I dunno... never did figure out why God repeats himself over and over and over and over in the bible... seems like He should have hired a better editor before printing the thing

Note: this is only the tip of the iceberg... you also cannot eat meat and dairy in the same meal, etc... it's kinda spread throughout different books of the bible... God wasn't very organized when he wrote all those books...

well I agree that science pretty much gives a more logical approach to things  that we previously don't understand that sometimes religion takes advantage of. but religion will not lose relevance for any reason. people will still look to religion and faith whatever happens and whatever science proves.
