Ya nova is def not a scam, and now has a TROLLBOX Yobit better watch out, one of the only things nova has been missing was a trollbox and now they have it they will def start to gain more customers. (and unlike yobit and many other exchanges novaexchange lets you minimize it)

I believe dice is fixed on many exchanges but dice at a basic level just generates a random number between 1 & 100. If you randomly generate a number 1-100 100 times you will notice that its not pretty its random, it could be all <49 or only a few. theres no 50/50 odds.
