Anonymous good, but open and transparent is a must for ICO with 95% funding. Where are the funds stored and what are they allocated for? How much funding is expected and how does it look like? What does the investor get for his investment? How is the investment secured, meaning you have all coins in your hand and the temptation can be great to "cash in and dump"= double trouble.Only suspicious I am. A face to the cause will help a little for trust. 
So convince me to join that party.

Having a think about this, something occurred to me. Cryptocurrency and mobiles could solve the problems of many and take this money transfer system into the digital age and also provide a real-world use of cryptocurrency that has not been done before.

Now think; replace the intermediary trust with cryptography and break the link between the intermediaries with ‘zero knowledge proofs’ and develop a totally decentralised proof-of-concept trust model with no central server and no central database. Add to this immediate settlement of balances using Spectrecoin and make the mobile app free for all and available for anyone with a mobile. The mobile system can be used with no prior knowledge of crypto.

This is really the background for the creation of SPEC. This is a real use of crypto for real people and has the potential to help the so called un-banked to access certain financial services.

The philosophy behind the project is one of “absolute privacy” which is a fundamental right. So, no registration, no personal details needed and no storage of any such details in any aspects of this project.

A skeleton Android app is in the making and further details will be released soon. The app will be released once working as a free app and open source. The aim is for the community to join in the further development of this.

I really want to promote your project I have sent an offer I have over 30 facebook groups and pages with members ranging from 2000 to 30,000 all cryto currency related but I have not receive a reply anyway good luck to your project ..

thanks for providing this PDF. I am currently reading it and found many interesting things about Spectrecoin. Hope that Spectrecoin will rise and become as strong as bitcoin does

Is Spectre technology based on the application anonymous (mobile app)  rather than the blockchain technology that Monero, Dash and Zcash are using. The reason for mentioning this is because the market promotion seems to be based on this mobile apps for money transfer

That's a good roadmap India has a good user base,can this be implemented on other countries beside India
if this become successful in India,this could be also be adapted by other countries.

I can't find anything about the team on spectreproject.io for some reasons , I hope It's not the same case as KOMODO where only aliases from Github or Bitcointalk will be available otherwise the project won't have much credibility compared to others.
