Every game always work with martingale though except poker games but for the rest i think it make sense why people keep on martingale it more over if you have huge amount may be you can try to martingale in every games but make sure it is with great odds but to use it only for 2x or even lower that is not really worth though. Yeah every martingale strategy sure need good bankroll to start with, if you dont have enough bankroll you cant get a good profit though but it does not mean if you have good bankroll you will always grt decent profit.
