What is the trick to getting the website to allow bank wire for payment? Mine just shows Bitpay.

Order per Bitpay - than close and go to your Account page "Order history". There you can switch to Wire manually

November module definitely dead, straight short across pos and neg.
Nobody seems to be answering the phones and no reply to email so far (4hrs ago).
I wanted to ship it back today but looks like I'm going to miss this as I have no RMA yet :-S

Woohoo, my wire transfer order for 2 Neptune shows "paid"! The Bitpay one showed as "paid" immediately.
When did you pay and where from? I can not answer for him but for me - I ordered and paid 26th via wire - showed "paid" next day -> Germany to Sweden ... so within Europe 1-2 business days I paid between 9:00 and 10:30 AM Eastern time from the US.

Ok guys i'm going to hook you up with a couple of firmwares imminently. But... But... (said twice for dramatic effect) One is for the November box. For the Ericsson VRMs - big yellow stickers, have Ericsson written on them, were delivered in November. One is for the October box. For the General Electric unbranded silver VRMs. The tuning suite. Make sure you use the correct one. It won't kill your device, but it may require you re-flashing the beaglebone via an SSD card if you flash the wrong one. It future a uniform intelligent release that differentiates between the pair will be available. Currently this therefore relies on the intelligence of the user, i.e. you. So... aaaaand, link?

An October Board looks like the first board below and uses this firmware link: 'Tuning' is for Tuning Suite. Did I mention this is just for October boxes? https://www.kncminer.com/userfiles/file/kncminer-0.99-tune.bin A November board looks like this second board, and uses this firmware link: https://www.kncminer.com/userfiles/file/kncminer-0.99-E.bin'E' is for Ericsson. No need to update the November boxes yet, but someone earlier decided to flash Oct firmware on his Nov box, so this is what he needs to fix. DO NOT mix them up. It will be futile, and the miner will assimilate you, assimilation voids all warranty and you don't want to assimilated before the weekend do you?? Live long and prosper...

Orama, I notice in the statement it says only for miners having problems.....would you say a good working unit could be made to run better with this suite also??

You can't harm, but you won't et increased performance from a perfectly working board...

Wow, I'm seeing some great performance increases out of my 2 add-on boards in my Jupiter. I'll post details later, but first few minutes show an increase from ~700GH/s to ~750GH/s. I still have two dies that are offline and I'm slowly tweaking to see if I can get them online.
