Is it that Swedish company law actually allows for a company to screw their customer over so royally
Avoid doing business with a Swedish company and don't purchase products from Swedish companies. Even Ikea?!?! lol

Dame, could they just ask some experienced engineer for consult, that will help a lot of commission progress, I really fed up no thing progress like this.
Other possibility, they may be happy mining with our titans and dumping coins to the market, and pretending they just can't fix problems at all, and keep update us nonsense information like a dead cat, even a daed cat still bounce if you kick it, but KNC just not reaction even you shoot them with shotgun, WTF.

Magnus Daar from Nova responded to my e-mail. I think it is the best option for all EU based clients. There is already a number of people willing to join the group action (not a class action actually). I am 80% convinced to do it with Nova. I will keep you posted.
That's encouraging to hear. Is there an issue with North American or other non-EU resident clients participating ? I will ask him. I see no problem however in instructing a Swedish lawyer by non-EU residents. THe problem starts if they want you to show up in the court. Then technically there is an option for hearings in the state of the claimants origin if the Swedish court decides so. THis would drag the trial in time as the instructions to the court would go thorough relevant ministries of Justice of the countries involved and probably incure massive costs so I do not believe the respondents would go down this path. THey would rather fight the claim on the front of liability and quantum. Anyway its the Swedish lawyers who decides. I will write to them again tonight and ask further questions.

My Miners are turning up today apparently. I'm refusing them. KNC did threaten to destroy them if I didn't accept the shipment but they have backed down and are now saying they will accept them back but I will have to pay for shipping if I want them. Yeah right.
I've been contacting some big media outlets and there are a couple writing articles about this KNC fiasco. I have been contacted by another major name today. They are looking for info on anyone starting a lawsuit against KNC, so if you are and would like a chance to feature in the article please PM me as soon as possible so I can email the journalist.
I'll be writing to more news outlets this week. Lets see how easy it is to raise 50mil when investors read the crap KNC have been up to.
BTW I contacted GP Bullhound and Creandum about 2 weeks ago but have received no reply. I don't think they give a shit. They might change their tune when the BBC come sniffing around though.

Even Ikea?!?! lol No bonus points for mentioning Ikea, sorry. I would have given you +3 for mentioning the Swedish company PeePoo though ~L)L~ Seriously, Swedes need to be made aware of the extent to which companies like KNC soil (no pun intended) the good name of Swedish industry.

Wow you could not make this stuff up if you wanted to. KNC is acting like offering refunds on the Titan is an existential threat. Maybe it is. Investors take note.

Apparently KNC is refusing to pay return shipping costs for RMA processing unless the product is DOA. http://forum.kncminer.com/forum/off-topic/miners-cafe/65633-anybody-else-have-to-pay-to-rma-their-cubes-backIs this a new policy or are they re-writing the rules because they are now planning to ship all the remaining batch 1 Titan machines in the next 3 weeks and expect high numbers of RMA claims ? How will people with the 'creeping cube degradation' problem (cubes work for a week or more and then slowly go bad) be affected ?

I sent them an email and I gave them some bullshit T&Cs of my own and said by shipping the Titans you accept my T&Cs. Then they backed down. What a bunch of wankers. Anyway UPS guy just arrived. I sent him on his way, he didn't seem too pleased about carrying 2 Titans back up the drive lol. Now its in the hands of my lawyer.

I know one with a DOA Jupiter board back in September '13. They made him pay for shipping it back, too, even if he was pointing out that they have to pay for it.

Are you guys suggesting refusing the shipment of Titans will result in refunds?
Or did you fight for them to agree to that?

Yeah, would love to know if this works, as i haven't got mine yet, and asked 7 times for refunds, every time they said no. They hold our funds hostage, how can this not be completely illegal?

No. I've got a lawyer involved. He told me to refuse delivery. He has sent a letter requesting a refund so the balls in KNCs court. Either they pay or I take them to court. Either way they can keep that piece of crap they call a "Titan"

I just want to point out again: Write to the investors and to the US-company which led the last investment deal. Make copies to the SEC. Send copies to US media. Send the US company tweets. Once the investors get nervous or the investos are confronted with the authorities, I am sure that KnC will pay refunds.

Yup. I'm pretty much doing this from the EU side. I've contacted the investors and media outlets and will be spending the rest of the week contacting anyone who will listen.

I paid too for a frankencrap controller rma. I ended up buying another one to get it faster and told kurt that. Could have picked it up when the other one was dropped off, not interested.

These Term is absolutley ilegal and a frauding permission for themselfs. This term don't exist nowhere in the world! If you go to the court, they will voiding it immediately.
I can recommend all buyers only to judicial injunction in sweden and also to make a complaint for fraud.

You spend close to $10,000 on a titan, neptune, or some other random shit that doesn't work - try this math:
Ticket from NYC to Stockholm = $774 A couple of beers to build up courage = $20 Bust up some KnC losers = priceless ------------------------------------------------ Get refund the easy way
