You are looking for a good and potential ICO. It is indeed not just a signature campaign, but this is indeed a very good ICO in my opinion. Karatcoin is a potential project and you can you now karatcoin is approaching hardcap. That you might consider before the sale is complete.

If you have still that 1 btc do not invest icos now. These days there are too many scam icos and people lost huge amount of money with investing icos. You can invest altcoins with your 1 btc now. But icos are really risky these days.January and february was good time for that but now we shouldnt invest icos .

I can not choose the best ICOS for at this moment. When Bitcoin and ETH fall down too much, ICOS campaigns become ever slimmer. So we should pick the Altcoins on coinmarketcap probably better.

I think that investing in ICOs now may not be the best idea, ICOs are not profitable at all in the current situation, just buy reliable coins and hold them.
