The bookbuilding starts at April 10th 2017.
The token cap is 10m BCAP tokens ($10M), all is being sold.
We do not intend to use bounties because this is difficult to structure with a digital token representing a fund where NAV value is dollar for dollar.
this mean youre develop bcap coin use nav token why nav token must value use dollar, not use bitcoin |

I can say that this is a promising project.
The plans as well as the members of the team are already out also.
Just need to do some research if they are really saying the truth of who they are.

So I have a few questions:
Is there a minimum amount of USD we must invest in order to participate in the initial offering?
Is there any formal verification we must go through to prove we are accredited investors prior to the sale going live? How/where can we do that?
Are we eligible to invest if we can just prove we earn more than $200,000 USD annually?
I tried looking for some of these on the website but couldn't find. Maybe you could help clarify.

Additional questions - Could you please explain the management and performance fees and how they work? Are these front-end load or back-end load fees? Is this a cumulative 27.5% (25% + 2.5%) fee docked from all profits made, or are the fee's docked from the initial investment amount made? I also open up the floor to other users to comment on whether this fee amount justifies the unique exposure one would gain to private equity assets like coinbase, etc.

Wait... isnt the whole point of this crypto community to be able to fund what projects WE want to fund. VC has already been disrupted, why else would half the VCs be pushing for ICOs to be banned (coinbase, DCG) and the other half for their own crypto funded Funds....... Scam or not...... they have a professional look - probably put a few btc into building this ANN. Props to that. These guys might be successful, but remember what happens to ICO's.... they go down. Iconomi and Melon gave a big profit to their investors. I think that this project can also be good. |

Hi! The minimum amount of investment will be disclosed in Offering Memorandum that will be published at 3rd of April. There will be verification process you need to go through at www.tokenhub.com - the platform where Token Offering will be held. It will be available for registration this week. Basically being an accredited investor ( http://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/accreditedinvestor.asp) gives you an opportunity to invest. |

BCAP token represents a fractional interest in the only LP interest in the fund, which the token issuer Tokenhub.com (the platform where you will be able to purchase the BCAP token) holds.

We will be releasing more information in the offering memorandum on April 3, and then ICO will open for investments on April 10. So far not that much information is available, and that's why this thread is not so active. Also, we are not running a bounty or signature campaign and this is another reason. @Marina Is there any investor limit number in ICO? |
