BTW we could say with this logic those who removed their signature are disqualified as well (like you) because we cannot be sure anymore when they changed the signature

Actually all the stuff can be checked.
There is a LOG for everything.
Like what IP a user is connected from, was their post deleted.. etc...
Not my first forum I've been running.

Just depends on how clean Scrat wants to make this.

Seems fair, you can let admin check my post count on 20 Dec-31 Dec and when the messages from last year were deleted (if he has logs when and what message was deleted)

I was checking your history and it seems like its game over for you, no matter if you made only spam on off topic and newbies but you dint had 100 post on january 1.. and if the mods deleted some post of you is another evidence of spamming, next time dont forget about making the neccesary post on all of your accounts, or even better, dont try to cheat/abuse promotions again.

No rules against duplicate accounts either. Not possible to prove/disprove duplicates anyway. So the list of eligible accounts should be final. I don't think that will change.

As for Scrat, he showed up for a short time on IRC. He's had flu complication, pneumonia. I haven't heard from him in a while. If he doesn't show up soon, John K. isn't around often but he still comes to the forum. He can distribute winnings and I'm sure he can be trusted.

I'm confident every winner will receive their winnings.

So how about the signatures, how you prove all 175 participants had coinroll signature on 31.dec  when you dont believe yangwao list confirmed by Scrat. Remember Scrat pruned all users on 31.Dec in the raffle thread and keept only those 175 meeting raffle rules...

All non-eligible accounts where deleted from the thread long before yangwao made that list. Only Scrat could delete posts in that thread. I checked it shortly afterward and as far as I recall, it looked right.

Well, rules are rules and nothing in them say anything about duplicate of fake accounts.

I just think this raffle is on a fast pace to become a classic example on how not to run one without "proper" rules.

All good though, there is always Karma.

i hope they check everything again, usually one of the main rules in any give away is one entry per person

Well, I actually just now finished going through the list that they made of 175 people.
Literally 1/2 of the list are FAKE accounts. I counted 81 REAL accounts.
I am not going to disclose the findings just yet before I submit them to Scrat and JohnK.

Wouldn't be the first time cheaters got disqualified and knocked me into a winners seat.

Good luck to all legitimate players...hopefully they will look into these fake accounts and
make a ruling based on 1 entry per person...probably even easier to look into now that
"the winner" has logged in...probably on the same ip as some of the other "winners".

Between the fake accounts and the extreme delay, this raffle has been somewhat of a
let down, that and the initial list doesn't include my name.
