Crypto-rainbow, that escrow concept with the member card (I really have to spend more time on our forums and catch up), that is a pretty interesting concept and I really don't think I've seen anything quite like that (similar, but not exactly).

The ability of the member to remove their Onion from the escrow, is that going to be over a period of time or all at once in a lump-sum transfer?

The planned update of the official DO forum is very interesting. Would be nice if the escrow could be used for buying/selling of Onions for BTC or other coins. This would be a good alternative in case of problems with exchanges where DO is listed. And also a great place for OTC trading of Onions without impact on market price (might be interesting e.g. for those who would like to sell 10 % of the airdrop without causing decrease of market price by this).

Why not, DO forum plan to insure escrows up to the ONION donation amount.  It is like smart contracts or Deepsend functionality, escrow trust forum and we trust escrow and you as buyer or seller both trust escrow and forum. If one fails in completing the cycle other one cover the fee as guarantor and complete cycle. But you should not trust escrow more than escrow trusted the forum. I hope it's clearer?

I understand that if the escrow gives donation amount of 100 Onions, I should not use such escrow for trades of more than 100 Onions in order to be safe and insured. But how will I know the donation amount which escrow gave to the forum? Will it be always 100 Onions or can it be more or less? Also if the escrow person acts as an escrow for more trades (or even for 1 big trade), he can easily go above this insured amount, will this be somehow monitored? Will be the current "insured" limit visible to the buyer/seller? Sorry for so many questions, but I am really interested in this concept.

There will be competition between escrows who can donate more will get more security and will be chosen for this reason
if i have more amount to exchange i will chose another escrow with higher insurance.

We will monitor each feedback, we have dedicated mod alerted to control each time feedback delivered will be scanned.

Also the escrows can take their money back, we will develop something for them to withdrawn ONION amounts they wish this will decrease their visible amount in membercard avatar and profiles.

Forum credits will be another layer for members to make money for each thread they open and like they get... we work on algorithm lately

You an absolute genius, turning the forum into a market place and members earning credits fro being active and likes received, apart from the escrow members donation and as you mentioned members will basically be in competition for higher escrow donations hoping to be attractive in the amount they hold, how will this coincide with the trust feedback or will it just complement the escrow holders profile ?

Trust feedback system is an extra security layer, it works differently then here, you cannot use it unless in part of trade with linked proof. All people can have feedback unless they post in marketplace forums, not only for escrows.
There will be marketplace forums only high trust feedback (10+) can open new threads, in our plans we will give people, after they reach 10 or so positive feedback, a special VIP Seller Rank. Or maybe another sort of reward for high sellers.
