Seriously, who do I talk to about getting into the airdrop. My onion account has a different address then my BCT account, the one I want to use for the airdrop. I can't change this without a MOD. I have followed the rules, been patiently waiting for some sort of reply, tried to contact mods and have gotten zero help from this community. I've missed many airdrops because of these issues and rule changes

Hi, I understand why you get angry. Many people are waiting for answers, but you need to know right now that the support system is overloaded.

Thanks, I found that over a week ago and posted, but no response yet. Missed out on 2 airdrops since then.
Before that, I missed 7 airdrops because the day I achieved jr rank was the day the changed it to member. Then the day I achieved member rank, they change it back to jr. rank. My account is older then this airdrop and 100% genuine. I've helped with votes and social media.
Seriously wondering if this geared against me. I know that's a narcissist thought and not true but that is how it makes me feel, given how it's gone for me. Everytime I get close to joining, something goes wrong.
It's very fustrating to say the least.

I believe you, some days we have bad luck as in your case.
I had to wait over 1 month to be in the Airdrops, as well as other people and I can say now, it's worth it.
All the time I contribute and spend has been rewarded and now with a little contributions that I make because I want this project to succeed is enough to be included every week.
You're not the only one, trust me.
I can only say this, if you are legit, you will be included.

I hope your right. That's the same sort of reply I got back in August when I first had issues with the rank change and was told I just had to wait and my patience will be rewarded. Here I am, like 10 airdrop rounds later, still no Onions. Seriously I can't even get the faucet to work for me.
My only source is Nova, thankfully I bought a few in August but still nothing like the airdrops

Ticketing system will organize the support system. Let's all just be patient for the team and the devs are doing their best to ensure that everything runs smoothly  as it should be. Do your part and onion will d its part to you. Never fail and the onion will not as well, for ranting will not do good to you and the community that we are supporting. I Think support ticket it's still beta or testing but maybe we should try it because there may be bugs that we can report.

I just found out that now also accounts registered until 1st of september can join the airdrop. LOL, I registered on september 3rd, missed it by 2 days!
I hope that devs will move the date a bit further in the future.

There are many people like you. I am almost sure they will move the date in the future but while you can't
participate in the airdrop yet keep working hard there and on DO forum. It will be much easier in the future to participate.
You have enough time so take your time.

I do hope that the dev would consider moving the date of registration to join the airdrop. Been HODLING onions since 27 August 2017, watched the value raised to $5 (if not mistaken) in late August but was not tempted to sell. I do believe in this project. I do want to hold more onions. Currently have 60-something onions in the bag, which i bought straight from novaexchange. Not much, but i believe that a great project will require support no matter how small it is

Not necessarily. While my account was locked (yeah, I didn't think of creating a new one for some odd reason, maybe I expected to get unlocked sooner than 4 month) I got on BCT occasionally to check things out. I was reading some of the threads just couldn't reply.
But eventually I did find Onion and another crypto, so I joined back up.

This is a great and clear roadmap, it should be be published everywhere! When people see these great new features being developed over the next 12 months they will be more incentivised to hodl rather than dumping early
