From a technical standpoint, on the weekly chart, we should see some serious gains going into 2018. I'm not one to hold a trade for more than 3 weeks, but even at that price should be headed north.
You've got a 78.6% fib structure point on the weekly chart, followed by an engulfing pinbar candle, hinting the buyers have returned to play ball. I have no idea as to a fundamental standpoint, but I'll say this call looks good.

Already seeing a nice jump on the 4 hour time frame. Immediate resitance may happen at/around 4711 with chances of a small pullback before continuation (Fib AB=CD pattern via the 50%).
