Hello Cappasity Community,

Due to initial strong momentum and early interest in our latest crowdsale efforts, we have decided to make significant changes to our token sale and rewards program. Please review carefully:

No Public Token Sale
We will no longer be doing a public token sale due to advice from our board of advisors to secure the majority of our funding from venture capital funds. We believe that this will be the best for our company and community in the long-term as the institutional investors will provide us with the connections and resources to build our company optimally.

CAPP Token Airdrop
While we won’t be doing a public token sale, we will still be rewarding our community by doing a token airdrop and offering a generous amount of bonus tokens to everyone who purchased (via an exchange or other means) and held CAPP tokens in 2018. We are working on the details now and will be sharing them soon!

Token Hard Cap
That all being said, we will still be collecting contributions through our private sale and our token presale. The new token hard cap is $20M: $10M allocated for our private token sale and $10M allocated for our token presale.

Token Presale
We will still be proceeding with our token presale for our earliest supporters with a hard cap of $10 million and a token price of $0.15 or market price (whichever is higher at the time the contribution is sent in). the name of thread is ARToken, but the name of token on coinmarketcap is CAPP. What amount of tokens was sold on first phase of tokensale in october? And what was the price? 125 tokens per 1$ as declared in first post?
Why i am asking - if the name of token changed, may be the price was different too?
According to CMC total supply is 438,686,537 but according to first post of this thread total emission was 7000,000,000 what happened with not distributed tokens?

So, if there will be another private sale, tokens were not burned? - UPD - tokens will be burned after the second phase
what is token price for private sale, that is going now?
What is the reason to private sell the tokens, when it is possible to buy them on exchanges?  
Assuming that price of token for private sell is lower than market price, i think huge dump is comming.

CAPP AIRDROP - “The more you hold, the more you earn!”

We will be rewarding our loyal community members by doing an airdrop and offering bonus tokens to everyone who hold at least 1,000 CAPP tokens in their wallet. Our airdrop program awards 7-25% in additional CAPP tokens to our most loyal token holders.

The airdrop program starts on February 22nd. On each of the following dates you will receive these bonuses sent to your wallet:

April 12: +7% of your total CAPP token holdings
May 12: +6% of your total CAPP token holdings
June 12: +5% of your total CAPP token holdings
July 12: +4% of your total CAPP token holdings
August 12: +3% of your total CAPP token holdings

You are welcome to purchase more CAPP tokens from the presale or the exchanges before each of the dates above in order to get a larger bonus. Our goal is to reward our community and also encourage trading of our tokens on the exchanges.

Here are the exact steps:

1.  Create a Cappasity token sale account here: ico.cappasity.com.
2.  Input your ERC-20 wallet address where you are holding your CAPP tokens (if you are participating in the token presale, this should be the same wallet address)
3.  Deposit as many CAPP tokens as you’d like into your wallet address before each of the dates above.
4. We will then send your wallet address CAPP tokens equal to the % bonus for each of the dates above. For example:

If you own 100,000 CAPP tokens by April 12, you will receive 7,000 CAPP tokens sent to your wallet for free.
If you own 107,000 CAPP tokens by May 12, you will receive 6,420 CAPP tokens sent to your wallet for free.
So on and so forth.

It is important that you do not withdraw any CAPP tokens from your wallet before the airdrop dates above as you will not be receiving the bonus tokens for that month. Our goal for this program is to reward our most loyal token holders who believe in the long-term vision of our technology and platform.

NOTE: In an effort to prevent large token holders (more than 1,000,000 tokens) from taking advantage of the system, we are asking that they contribute 15% worth of their
token holdings to the token sale in order to be eligible for the Airdrop bonus.

We’ve decided to ease the rules of Airdrop and are going to update https://ico.cappasity.com/ soon. In addition, after some discussion with our token holders, we’ve decided to waive our 15% contribution rule for 1,000,000+ token holders.

How does the Airdrop bonus program work?

1. The program officially starts on March 7th, 2018 and ends on August 7th, 2018. Each period has a different % bonus, please refer to the list below. We will be rewarding our loyal community members by doing an airdrop and offering bonus tokens to everyone who hold at least 1,000 CAPP tokens in their wallet.

2. Every day that you hold CAPP tokens in your wallet you will receive a bonus equaling a certain % of your entire CAPP balance (e.g. if you have 10,000 CAPP tokens in your wallet, you should receive roughly 21.9 CAPP tokens every day between March 7 and April 7). The daily bonus amount is calculated at the end of the day, so you have the opportunity to add tokens before then to increase your bonus.
