Looks interesting. I look forward to reading your whitepaper. Can you tell me, are you creating your own currency? Your own blockchain? What mining algorithms will you be using? Will there be an ICO and premine, or are you giving everyone a fair shot at acquiring your coins (if there are any)? What will the initial coin supply be? What is the total coin supply be? POS/POW/POV/POT? I know I have asked a lot of questions, I would like to know these things before I consider investing.

I like the part with seamless connectivity and global network of providers with brand recognition from executive summary.
But it's not clear, why service providers should be using this network instead of current solutions o just defaults.

Hard cap of 1100 Ethereum for pre-ico is achievable. Ethereum is also getting cheaper against Bitcoin and there are still few days till 29th when pre-ico will go live. There have been at least two similar projects before with good response by investors. If you present the case well you can see better results as everyone needs internet on the go.
