Doubt there will be a third round of distribution here the 2nd round was only because people on the first one didnt claim properly or something. I would say it is unlikely that happens

Yes there are a lot of bad ones going around right now, I hope that EthereumLite can put an end to this nonsense and actually develop something. Time will be the true test I suppose and to answer your 2nd q I think it will

be two rounds only and the 2nd round only happened because of a mishap with the first

2nd round was because of invalid entries on the first airdrop.  Yes this seems like one of the few legit air drop tokens.  Dev has a very small amount and its not just a quick dump.
