The security deposit when paid to the system, will remain there when the vendor receives good ratings and feedbacks are positive with no disputes in progress then it will be returned. Also the security deposit is at the user's discretion in the first level up to a threshold calculated by the system based on the number of properly managed shipments and the level of feedback.
