I do not agree with you. Now almost all projects are fraudulent. Now is not the best time to invest.

I would say not nearly all scammers , but many. But among them you can find whole not bad projects in which to invest. That year a friend of mine invested in one of the ICO $ 1000 , and today these tokens are worth 10 times more. Not a bad investment , you will agree.

No, I wouldn't say that every ICO is a scam. But it is already hard to find legit ICO. A lot of projects have the same concept already that is just to earn money of investors. Choose the right coins before you are going to invest in token sale. Otherwise the best thing is to do your own research. Check the persons behind the team.

There are still many real ICOs and we can't judge them in the entirety.

Almost every ISO is really a Scam and that is why I would not advise you to invest in an ICO. In addition, now too many projects after the ICO issue a token to the exchange at a much lower price.

not all ICOs are Scams. so you only need to be more careful in observing existing projects. don't because you have seen one or two projects that scam then you think all the same. there are many projects that have so far succeeded and still survive.

I think people think ICO is a scam, they are just bounty hunters. They participate in many bounty and many of them are bad projects and scam. There are also many successful ICOs out there

Everybody keeps on saying scam scam scam for all of these ICO's. 90% of them are crap, yes. BUT there is the 10% of them, like vector, who are absolutely not scams. They are good projects that will really help the crypto community grow and its not fair to call an ICO a scam until you have actually researched it and you are sure it is a scam.

Not everyone, just have 15-20% percent where that SCUM but each time they will become more and more,as the projects will now be tested in the SEC to pass, etc., and even now just the market is so weak and fell strongly because of this, many initially promising projects that were set to work could not raise the necessary money,or realized that technically will not be able to do what they offer,and decided to run away with the money and throw investors.

First of all, the situation is so precisely because of the poor state of the market and the large number of fraudsters in the company’s ico market. Because of this, many investors went to buy coins on the stock exchange, and not to invest in the company ico.

I will say yes at their initial stage most if not all are with these two mind of a thing, is either it works out the way they want or the other way around and find a way to get away with your money. Most of them even lies about what they make in the first week of their ico just to entice investors, is that not the beginning of scam. Only 1 in 100 can proceed if softcap not reach

from reality there are many ico scams but we need to observe first that not all scams. not all ICOs are scams of those who say they may not really understand the market situation. many projects have succeeded in achieving hardcap but prices are far from ICO prices. and spread fud and make panic so the price gets lower. yes this is crypto you have to realize it.

you can't generalize for all ico,  not all ico are scam but the ratio of the scam ico to others is just too high, that is why it's always advisable to do a thorough research before investing in any ico

Absolutely no, Ethereum, Neo and  the rest of top 100 listed on coinmarketcap are all ICO. If you generalize ICO are all scam then some alts sitting in top 100 are scam. Its about  picking the right project.

Absolutely not. There are many good ones and I know even those who shout scam to all ICOs do invest in some of them. I have developed the interest of reading whitepapers and to tell the truth, many of these ICOs are really meant to solve real world problem.
