If we want to pay for debts of our owner to release him from loan obligation we can dilute and disperse it against him ...!
Say, he took a loan from the bank in amount of €120K to pay to the percival company to make this lovely site, so, he agrees to our offer to pay him in zig, dd, ug, parlays, shares, or so, the amount of €100K, .... no problems .. the balances would look like this:
