I just saw this pdf of their ICO with them claiming that Satoshi Nakamoto works for their project which is obviously bullshit:

So I know this is a scam, I was fairly certain in the first place it was but I thought ehhh, it's only $5 and it was a different approach to a normal ANN.  Problem is my transaction is still unconfirmed and it's holding up a larger transaction that proceeded it.  The ViaBTC accelerator seems to be bugged lately (Reporting as full even exactly on the hour) so I haven't been able to get it confirmed to have the subsequent transaction confirmed.  It doesn't bother me if I get the original TX confirmed or if I can double spend it as a fee instead, I can live with the loss of those funds, but I want to get the 2nd transaction processed.  I sent it with Mycelium and have deleted the local TX but as it remains in the mempool so whenever I open Mycelium again it refreshes and rebroadcasts it.
What's the easiest/fastest way to get it done without having to resort to CPFP with a high fee?
TX: d290f065733f4a2402cc6fadb0c2d3a01b6f93ffa6c34e09aed66275c110afe2
Subsequent TX: 5ed7653cc2e3a18e16f30619e9f285c167ad0ad4bf9fc622969d651ffcad9575

PM - https://asktom.cf/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=1171944

with the tx id you want to accelerate .  he may do it for free or ask for a small tip.

Thank you, anga3636! Now this topic looks better and more believable. The Project C is a scam project. Don't spend your time here if you don't wanna lose it

The scammer haven't shown up for a few days.
I guess he is so ashamed because he only got very little money from this scam

How much did they get? Hopefully it was their own money to try and make it look like others were investing.

It should be far less than 200 bucks. So basically, it can only be called a unsuccessful scam.

That's great, but not for the person who gave them those 200 bucks.

The fund is from more than a dozen of addresses.
I guess nobody really believe in it.
