I saw it but wasn't able to get rid of it. I guess it is related to the original image. I used the highest quality DeepOnion logo and I used it as a smart object yet the pixels at the edges were still visible. I treated the text with some blue and the result is worse so I left the logo just the way it is.

I think you don't have to upgrade one by one version. When you download the latest version that is the one that will be set in your new wallet. make sure you have plenty of copies of your DeepOnion wallet and private key before making the upgrade! also, you will need to update the config file.
