Yes i think it is the best time to buy bitcoin. If the price is low today,buy some then hold it for a long time. I believe that months after,bitcoin's crisis will end and start to pump up again. Many people are into investing bitcoin nowadays,meaning the price will go higher as the demand increases. You can't tell when will the price will goes up or goes down because of its volatility. So I suggest you wait for the right time wherein you can trade bitcoin in a high price. You can actually buy bitcoin anytime but it is much better if you buy one if its in lowest price.

It is okay or fine to buy bitcoin anytime. But if you are after to think about the profit then it is a good rhing to deal wih the price. That is why it is best to buy now that it seems to have settled around 10k$ and not sure it will decrease further rather it looks set to appreciate when the right time comes and so i will gladly invest and buy now if i was yet to join the bitcoin community.
