It's a bit of rambling. At one point the company is owned by one of our resellers. The latest was that the company is owned by someone named Alex Berk named after Berkshire which is where he lives. I'm having a hard time keeping up and it seems to me like he's saying because people fly, people must have wings. Some of the stuff even I find interesting. Some of the stuff is like fitting a square peg into a round hole.

He's shotgunning out ideas and predictions and when one of them end up being true he's very proud. He's said that Bobsag and I were the same person (wrong). He said that Bobsag was a liar and a thief because he moved around and leased a few buildings. He said that two people contacted him because Black Arrow wouldn't refund them - that turned out to be false information.

I've stopped debating with him.

I'm also working on pinning down more information. Sorry for the delay. I was hoping Bobsag had more information since he met with everyone. I'll see what I can find.

So he made a few mistakes, that's nothing compared to willfully lying to your customers, don't you think Matt?

The only thing BA had going for them was February delivery, the rest is quite shady about this company, including the fact that you're "hunting" for information - I have seen that a number of times now. Do you actually have any idea what is going on or do you only get to serve us some crumbs?

I think with two weeks until the original shipping date, people have every right to complain and wonder what is going on with the money they spent. There should be a lot of progress already made, most components should be in stock, if you had a failure with one part of the design the rest should still be viable and in production to be ready for shipment as soon as revised chips / pcbs exist... At least, that's what would happen if there were some truth to the story at this point.

I think instead of more information, we need some information to begin with, we really haven't been told anything besides being shown a couple more renders of a product that looked very unfinal.

Exactly. It's time BA stopped pretending that any product has been delivered. Showing renders of cases is a long way from producing ASIC miners, a very long way.

So far all we've seen are pictures of non-existent cases and heard from resellers who don't have any product to sell.

Collectively, we need to stop making any sort of pre-order whatsoever. It's very easy to turn an 'idea' into a reality with the help of other people's money.

Not even having the decency to apologise for the delay in delivery, you provide an update that would still leave characters left over on a tweet?

You don't have to be a genius to see why customers who trusted you with their funds are disappointed, upset and underwhelmed.

I suggest that you also chill on deleting people's posts, it's not a strategy that will increase your reputation - getting your act together, delivering some product, that's where the ball park is for you guys right now.
