I lost over 80k because i sold too early (newbie mistake)

In the post title you written 'newbie mistake'  it clearly says that at that time when you sold your coins you were newbie so forget it now and focus that this will not happen in future. And stll you made profit from that trade not lost your capital so why regret for it. And one thing in this crypto market for sure that nobody can buy at bottom and sell exactly on highs. Nobody can forecast the high of any coin. But in your case if you sold just half coins and holded other half then you could have been get benefited of that spike. But try to learn from mistakes.

Well, you haven't lost you just missed a profit. In any market this is normal, no one would be able to buy at the lowest and sell at the top. However, it is important to buy in projects you believe in and hold it for a bit to see good gains

Thats okay some of the newbie incounter that , so next be knowledgable by doing some research .the cryptocurrencies is not stable., Just observe and be on timing when your coin is in the highest value thats the time you bought it.
