What do you guys thinks will make the SMOKE network money?
On the last page of the whitepaper it states that the smoke network is not focused on profit. How are they going to sustain the brand itself?
Or is it all through decentralization, and we as the great community keep it as great and better than it already is?

That's why they are holding an ICO. The brand will sustain the same way like any other coin. How does BTC, LTC or any other coin sustain themselves while they didn't have even premine or ICOs.

Thank you for answering. I just thought about it as a social media platform. Facebook and so on makes money from ads. I do not know, but I would suggest they get some brand deals with major companies (if they have not done that already)
BTC sustains itself by the market, but SMOKE is different. there is no social media platorm running on btc, but on SMOKE we have the SMOKE network.

Do not confuse SMOKE with Facebook or any other social media company.

Smoke is NOT a company. It's a decentralized open source project that anyone can contribute to. SMOKE is crowdfunded via ICO. Money raised via ICO goes to development, marketing etc.

It depends on what how companies can be of any help to SMOKE. For example, EasyDex was providing an integral solution to the SMOKE network that would add value in future, hence the partnership. If there's any other company/project that adds value to SMOKE, I am sure will be considered.

SMOKE, will run the same way as steemit. You can have your own social media network on the smoke too. Just like we have busy.org, steepshots etc.

There will still be affects no matter who you partner with. EasyDex isn't the solution to rise n fall in prices. It's the market pairs that makes the difference. SMOKE will be primarily paired with USD, BTS and BTC. So, expect the same effects on prices as for any other alts.

With UIA tokens the issuer can always have the option to transfer tokens back to him. it is upto team if they want to keep the token, burn it or not.
