Scams are everywhere and in the crypto-world the proportion and probability may be higher because of the lack of regulations. It is up to us to take care of our investments and effort. We needs to be extra-vigilant. Can't do much more than that.

I agree with you, they have to gain information before investing in something because it may end up being scammed all the way. There are lots of ICO to invest with, so we should take caution in every step we take in order to succeed in the field, but for a newbie I would recommend investing straight to their wallet or exchanger in order to familiarize themselves in a crypto world before investing in ICO.

Since there's a lot coins right now is scam the best thing to do is to study the coin first then read some article about it and choose wisely, it can help you if you trust and believe only to those coin that have potential because you know will never been scam to that coin. I think it's better to choose to coin that successful and everyone believed like Bitcoin and Ethereum because surely you get profit, also its better to trust to coin that many peoole is also trust to it.

many of them are newly emerging coins and surely they are drowning out of competition with popular coins such as bitcoin, etherum, ripple, and others. They will promise good prospects, but fail at the end of their targets. we must be more careful as many developers are not following their roadmap in order to achieve the desired results.

No, no, I don't think the white paper is useful for novices. The white papers of these scams have done very well. Basically it can change humans. but. Still a scam. Perhaps the fastest way to make money is to deceive. They are some people who have no principles. I hate it。

Yes nowadays the scammers come with the perfect ways to steal our money they have good website designs and whitepaper as well but we can get an idea if we research about the team because most of the team provide fake details so they can be identified if we have deep research on them.

The problem is that cryptocurrency is not guarded by law now. So anyone can create ICO campaign, gather money and disappear.

Yes i do feel sad about and because their is a scam coims everywhere you do not know if it good coin or not you will just know that you being scam in just a second so i prefer to do your research before investing

Yeah right now there are a lot of coin find in the market which is scam. Please be careful while investing and also from where you buy this coin. If you feel doubt then you may ask other person about this.

I also had some scam coins back in january this year and i sold all of them on yobit for 0.011 btc before they went zero.

For OP, The problem is many scam ICOs that looks like legit project at the beginning. Experienced investor may distinguish between legit or scam ICO but it's hard to tell for new investor. That's why i never ignored if there's a negative news on an ICO in the first place. I'll do further research on whether it's scam ICO or just a fud.

Still, it is unregulated and most of the cryptocurency are not legalised but companies are legalising indifferent areas. Some companies are cheating a lot after raising enough money in this way, some percentage of the people are thinking negative about the crypto currency.

Yep, qualitative regulation can solve this problem once and for all. However, it`s hard to create a law without flaws and breaches. 2018 will show us something in this sphere.

It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.

There are some ico that were originally designed only to deceive people, they made good concepts and offered great bonuses so that there are many people interested but eventually after they got their money gone and I cursed those guys because their actions are now there are many investors who are afraid to invest and the impact there are many good projects that must fail because of lack of funds
