Let them count the stakes in the spread. While it was open I checked a couple of people who were next to me in the spread. The first even counted messages with reports. The second did not have half of the required number of messages. However, both had full stacks. |

As counter intuitive as it might be... No. It is not required to pass kyc to recieve tokens from a project which provides kyc services... |
