Only transaction fee. For asset issuance it's 1000 NXT at least.

Occur here on i5 too, i believe there are working running background that causes the client to freeze, then continue working after like 10 seconds

yes, i think because it use holms.cloudapp.net and not local nxt core app. and its heavily loaded with us testing it.
