I'm reaching out to Bookmaker or goxcraft or anyone else here that might work for Jetwin.  I'm here because the same thing happened to me that I've read in this forum.  About a week ago I got locked out of my account.  Now just getting a message that says my info. doesn't match any account.  I have sent several messages to the support email and am not getting any response.  Support staff was always quick to respond and very professional through any previous inquiries I have had.  Your listed phone number does not work.

Needless to say I'm concerned about the status of my funds.  I have had the good fortune of being a winning player so far at your book - nothing major.  I have not done anything at all in compromise of your rules as far as I know.

If you don't want me to play at your book anymore that is fine, I can have my account closed.  I would of course really appreciate it if you could pay me the $ I have rightfully earned.  I'm sure you understand.

Jetwin has been operating for more than 6 years already, means that they are one of the oldest bitcoin gambling sites in this industry. Indeed the OP is not really active anymore lately, so yeah it is better to avoid it although they are an old site. There are many other casinos/sportsbook out there with better support and active representative.

I have been a regular gambler of this site in the past, especially on their sportsbook but I stopped and look for other site when they have some maintenance or update on the sportsbook, during those times, I don't have any problem with my deposits and withdrawals and though sometimes the odds are not so competitive with other leading sportsbook but still I like using the site that time as it's easy to navigate and the UI was good.

No offenses to the player who claims to have won over $30,000 at Jetwin, but he is just like telling a short story without any evidence which can be done by anyone in this world.
