The guy shut down the pool and bailed with the coins. My 1 k coin loss on the pool is pretty measly compared to your loss .

Unfortunately   vcc.altexc.com pool    appears to have been a scammer.
Has not been active since early January.

That is the dangers of this scene, there are too many people who are unscrupulous scammers.
I only trust Cipherpool, as he is the official pool, and I know him personally.

it is seriously fucked!

The user who created it was  munaxelopa
you can do a traceroute on the Domain, but it is just going to give you some webhosters address.
