Yeah, my ticket still no respond..

How do you get verified? I get completed and then to "press OK"
But there is no pending status it is like my verification does not went through simply resets all the time when I complete. And when I want to do it again it says wait 3 days your verification fails.. any suggestion?? Support should just fix this but yeah no answer what so ever..

I didn't realize they were having such issues. That is pretty bad. Bittrex more scummy, but yeah, that sounds really annoying.

Give both poloniex and bittrex a miss there are many more exchanges out there to select with better support.

Also here, after succesfully trading...today at 16.00 i wanted to withdraw 0.9963~ ltc from my poloniex account, and it went out.

However, it never arrived at mining rig rentals, and those where so kind to look up.

It seems there was an transaction (id), but no coins arrived.

So we did a second attempt, from another account, and that one keeps staying on pending....
Thats very weird if you got confirmations withing 15 minutes orso.

After waiting for long, and emailing support (registering a new account for support on poloniex). Still no reply.

And from what we read, there is plenty of unhappy customers.

Complaints vary from that the're not telling us they are going to update their wallets to people missing 1000 K usd or more.

So after nicehash, coinbase, now poloniex is being robbed/hacked ? No one tells us a thing! Even twitter is deadsilent, just as there support is ... !!!

I haven't until now with the Digibyte withdrawal from Polo into Bittrex. I'm just wondering what a ballpark estimate is of how long they take with responding to help tickets.

Does anyone have inside information what's going on with Poloniex? Like if somebody knows how to contact former trollbox moderators then maybe they could tell what's going on. Many people never get their tickets resolved, their deposits and withdrawals disappear in the cyber space and some even have their account frozen without any explanation. Now they are also providing fake tx numbers for those who are trying to withdraw their Digibytes. Things are getting worse every day and Poloniex is dead silent on Twitter. I believe it's just a matter of time when they disappear and take their customer's funds with them.

Thats last time I used this trash. Don`t use this scam. I had an issue with them in june , when they had problems with stuff ( liers ) and holded my 0.7 btc for about a month. I withdrew after but never used. Today , what hell touched me , went there again , saw very good price for DGB wanted to buy. Bought ok , even withdrew. But what the f*ck I see lol they gave me nonexistent TXID !!!!!!!!!!!!

Cryptopia isn't crediting a lot of deposits as well...  I have coins in limbo there too.

These little trash exchanges have far too many coins than they can reasonably manage.

how to act?

- the account was frozen 3 weeks ago, the question was answered on the next day, the point is that IP was used compromised (I use the VPN), but after the first answer, the answer ceased
- the verification can not be completed, after loading the form and the documents,  application is submitted and will be considered and that its status can be tracked in the profile, but reloading the page and entering the authorization section, I again see the form for filling, and not any references to the status or the submitted application, i repeated this act 2 times since only 1 time in 3 days, you can carry out an operation, status still legacy, how to achieve the result?

I've had a open ticket since October 21st. No response. Not even a initial one. LOL. They are so fucked up. This really makes me hate that everyone is jumping onto the bitcoin bandwagon now. Since this, all exchanges have turned to PURE SHIT!

Lets see....Poloniex took 4-5 months to fix my case a while back, but they did in the end.
Bittrex took a month ? something like that, probably a bit more since they messed up the accounts, and they fixed it.
Cryptopia runs great, but I never needed to use their support.  The exchanges will fix your shit, but it'll take a long time.  I would get worried/panic time about exchanges if you have actual widespread withdrawal problems.
