It's really hard to determine, if it's a good ICO or not, some may shows that they are really promising but as time goes by, it turns into failure and some are only scam. So if you are trying to invest make sure that it will leads to success, better analyze everything before you invest something with them. It's going to be your advantage.

I had invested one ICO previously, it failed although I didn't contribute a huge amount on it. A news yesterday made analysis on blockchain ICO projects, mentioning 92% of these ICO projects are failed.. Should I stop investing the others or any really potential ICO suggest?

Don't be afraid for any matter about ICO. You just need to check and read a lot about ICO before you join / invest in some ICO, so you don't get fooled. Also dont forget about simple investments, i mean altcoins Ethereum and Litecoin. You have to believe in your self before you want to invest your money.

This is currently one of the worse times to invest in an ico. Since the downtrend started earlier this year, most icos have been struggling to stay above or around ico price (post-ico trading). Even heavyweights like Quarkchain, Mainframe still got dumped. (Even if they're above ico price by some x). In times like this, rather than invest in ICOs, Buying them on exchanges seems like a more better decision.

Investing in ICOs is a gamble in a weak market. Plenty of hyped  ICOs are also trading below ICO prices. It is safer to invest in top coins like bitcoin and ethereum until market is hot again. That said some good ICOs such as EOT (EON Protocol) should do fine in the long term.

it is very unfortunate if this continues, many ICO is just deceiving the future people increasingly don't trust the crypto and impact on the existing crypto prices market down. for me is looking for potential now is very difficult with ads that are believed to still fail or deceive, so you keep investing in crypto market and search safe for current conditions.
