The police in Brazil are unlikely to do anything in regards to a call from an American. The best I can do is invest elsewhere and warn others. And right now I don't have proof that he's a criminal. But there's plenty of proof that he isn't mining. That means your entire investment plan is to send Bitcoin to a foreign website that can't show how's its making money except to give you a 72 day ROI and claim "We're mining altcoins." Which, its a fact, they are not.

EDIT: Look at Hashnest. That's a cloud mining site. They can show hash rate, block stats, payouts vs. clearly stated maintenance costs.

And if you're ok with taking profits that aren't honestly earned, you are amoral. Your only defense to any of this is that you're making money. Schemes like this couldn't succeed without dupes like you. You're so convinced this is the next great thing you're even willing to recruit others based on the fact that there's profits.

Don't be so puerile, there is no evidence that this fraudulent operation is even where it claims to be based, other than a domain registered to the 'Marcelos' that everybody refers to. It is highly unlikely that this Marcelos is even the 'Admin' or owner of this op, given that it is vouched for by the Ukraine-based cmmonitor scam which purports to verify these fraudulent operations. It is highly likely that this site is just one of many run by the same group as that responsible for cmmonitor.

People who choose to continue participating in this criminal operation, even when it has been proven to be fraudulent, which it has, are guilty of collaborating with the criminals, not those who are posting advice to others not to take part in it.
