Not in a country where cigarettes are cheap enough to discourage rolling to the point of inexistence

Conventional cigs are probably as offensive to me as they are to a non smoker.

I go to Belgium or the Channel Islands every few months and stock up. I'd prefer to be using yourselves though.

I think you can buy up to two cartons per order to not get in trouble (or at least just get a warning if they find out what's inside)
