I think on the contrary that now nobody is selling in a panic as the rather low rate of the cryptocurrency is held long enough. Everyone who panicked and wanted to sell the cryptocurrency did so with the biggest drop. Now on the market only strong players .

Panic selling is never a good idea for the coins no matter what kind of coin that you are holding. You are better off just making sure that you are converting the coin that you are holding into another coin instead of selling the coin straight to fiat. right. Panic will worsen everything, because selling  can cause more dump in the price of crypto. Keeping it is inevitable now. Selling will make you extra losses, I believe the price will increase. Now is the time to wait when prices rise, then sell more profitable
