I DID use the exchange only a couple of weeks ago (for the first time in a LONG time) without incident and had no restrictions on volume exchanged (not the least of which was having registered a LONG time ago).
I have used them back in 2020 and I can remember the limit was a bit higher possibly. But now I just checked and it has been down to $50 for me with the basic verification.
Anyway, I'm using pnnv.com these days as the creator of the exchange said there will be no KYC from him ever and there's no limit. Although the fee is a bit higher ($10 per tx approx), I still find this very much helpful.
