Go under your trust setting and check if default trust is on the list and trust level is on number 2. I see it red and everyone else too.

Probably you have modified the default trust settings that's why only you can see your Trust : 0/0 , revert back the changes you have made in your trust settings and then you can see your actual trust rating.
You have distrust the DT members who gave you negative rating.

you surely don't know anything about stake so if you have plan to join this campaign and advertise them, you better visit the site first and do some kind of research so you will know how trusted they are

This is a very serious campaign, in the OP the Manager says that if you are accepted he contacts you to ask for your telegram, I recommend that you enter the forum, discord and the main page, there are very nice people there.
