Can't say for sure if Plustoken dump has any bearing at all. The remaining Mt Gox Bitcoin funds might be more dangerous if dumped. The markets are weak. But it will end for sure. So, it is best to prepare for the bottom.

I think this is a very optimistic version. If the situation continues and investors are still afraid to put fresh capital on the cryptocurrency market, then before halving we can see another huge dump. And it is very possible that then the bottom will be below $3200

Even if it's not the absolute bottom, it's still close enough where I'd be buying anything I possibly could at these prices. You don't have to get in at the absolute bottom to do well. As long as you get in during a big dip and don't buy in at the top, you should be fine in the long run. However, I do think the bottom has came and gone as far as the price of Bitcoin. You should have been buying that a year ago if you wanted it super cheap.

As said it is impossible to find the exact bottom. As the market is not same as world market it is quite hard to predict the moves precisely. Good is to learn the process of trading where profiting is made out of the price variation happening with time. This is little risky, because the market moves can change in any direction without any prior indication.
