Who do you think will win the semi-final - Tampa Bay or Washington? I am tempted by Capitals in regulation @ 3. Any ideas?

I like the Caps because I think they're an overall better team and they are plus money.
However, it's worth noting that Washington is overall 4-11 in game 7's, the worst for any NHL team in league history.  
So if you're going strictly off stats/trends, I'd take Tampa.  
But something tells me that history won't repeat itself tonight and the road dog will prevail.
