Our service has been working for over 12 years and has proven its reputation as a trusted member of the market. The problem with a large number of flags is because some user’s exchange got frozen when he acted suspiciously when changing a large amount of money. The exchanger did not commit a fraudulent act, the money is frozen for now. Currently there is an ongoing investigation between the exchanger and Binance in the attempt to return the user his funds. But in any case, our service bears no legal of financial responsibility as stated in our ToS.

Also, half of the flags were given out simply on speculation that we would not pay the participants of the campaigns, which was not the case, and we expect these flags to be removed.
