I am looking to open a new bitcoin casino.

I want to start off by opening an online bitcoin casino WITHOUT a license. I want to know what countries allow for this LEGALLY.

I plan to get a license in the future if my website gets some decent traffic.

I think every gambler goes through this stage where they want to be the house.  I don't think many understand the effort that goes into such a task.  The costs alone should be enough to deter any sane individual.  Sure, there are ways to do everything cheap and without a license, but that only ensures that you aren't going to have the staff or knowledge to successfully run an online casino.  Most likely you will be hacked and lose all your money and that is if you are lucky enough to not hire a scammer that steals from the inside.

My advice, don't do anything that involves handling real money.  If you're asking about this here, you aren't anywhere near the level you need to be in order to run an online casino.

You sound woefully unprepared and likely without the require capital to make a sustainable casino. Instead of thinking of your own self enrichment you must always put the customers first and you should expect to lose a lot of money in the first few years while you establish a player base that expect a level of welcome and VIP bonuses. The people who make it on a shoe string budget would at the very least be willing to do a key bit of research like this which could be answered by a little bit of googling or employing the right legal advisor.

eh well i think there is nothing wrong with having some aspirations i think that everyone has them the difference is that some are falsely optimistic and do not really have the skill set and knowledge needed to make this come true

My advice, don't do anything that involves handling real money.  If you're asking about this here, you aren't anywhere near the level you need to be in order to run an online casino.

Anyone who comes here and asks these questions about how to start their own casino clearly does not have done the basic research which takes to actually start to manage a real online casino and earn money from it. I think OP is really underestimating the amount of money and effort it requires to even begin from the very bottom and escale slowly until having a service worth of the attention by gamblers.

Instead of randomly asking for help and information here in the forum he should hire people who already has experience within the world of casino development and allow them to do the rough work. Hopefully, OP has a couple of millions for him to start with his venture, otherwise he will have it uphill.

I think license is cheap nowadays, but I would agree that you still need a huge capital to start. And it's very hard if you are just a single entity to start a online casino. It's better to get at least a partner or two that can give you a huge bankroll to begin with.

And with that, you need trusted people in every field, like getting the operations up and running, server maintenance and support staff that is knowledge of the game. So it's a very different kind of business, it's a tough niche as you will go against some established names so you really need to have promotions. So with promotions, you needed extra money to established your name.
