Hi CM,  it would be nice to include the reason a participant was removed in the spreadsheet for the sake of transparency so that they and others may know what caused them to get removed.
This may also reduce future rumblings from the removed parties.

Now you and others will know the reason why the manager is removing participants from the campaign. Look at the spreadsheet, and you will find the reason. One participant from the senior ranking has been removed by the manager because of the burst posting. So this will be a consideration for other participants not to post like that because it will cause them to be removed from the campaign.
