Mixer isn't designed to “clean” coins. Some centralized services even reject coins from mixers.
Clean coins are those you get directly from mining or staking rewards, or you buy from them. However, I don’t know if there is a dedicated market for that out there.

I think you should do some p2p swaps including through private coins like monero and use a new address as USDT receiver. Think about the time lag and gradual exchanges.
I can't recommend any p2p exchange for this particular situation, but a popular one on this forum is exch.net. If it is possible to contact support at each exchange you're gonna deal with, you should consult with them first.

I heard that one can get not completely clean coins from exch but I'll contact them anyway, thanks.

I talked to some people on Tornado Cash chat on Telegram, they said that there is a Quickex exchanger and it offers 100% clean coins for tornado cash eth, however they take 2% for it. I'll contact them also and see what comes of it.

Try checking some of the reviews on this page^[1], they have occasionally been reported to have asked for KYC in the past as they apparently have to comply with AML policies anyway.

Thank you, I've already checked reviews about this service before. When I contacted them, they promised they'll make an exchange of my coins from Tornado Cash to clean coins from CEX for a %. I'll test it some time later with a small amount.

p.s. I made a test exchange of my tornado cash eth (about 100$) to monero, everything went well.

"A co-founder of Tornado Cash, a digital-currency “mixing” service that was used by North Korean cybercriminals to launder stolen funds, was convicted of one of the three criminal charges he had faced, after a three-week trial in New York federal court.

A jury on Wednesday found Roman Storm guilty of conspiracy to operate an unlicensed money transmitting business, a disappointment for crypto proponents who had backed the software developer’s defense. The charge carries a maximum prison sentence of five years.

But the jury failed to reach agreement on two other, more serious charges: conspiracy to commit money laundering and conspiracy to violate U.S. sanctions. Both charges could have resulted in 20-year prison sentences.

No i don't think moderators will delete posts here as it's opened for free discussions since a long time. At extreme cases they will lock it, but this is far to happen since the topic is opened for discussions and user zasad did a favor posting updates about the ongoing jusiciary case. Forum policy banned promotions for those services, but can't ban free discussions.

The mixer ban policy applies specifically to centralized services. We can still discuss Tornado Cash because it is decentralized. The mixer is still being actively used today despite the developers getting arrested. Not only does it demonstrate its decentralization, but also shows that charging the devs with operating an unlicensed money transmitter is based on a fallacy when they have no control over how their code is used.
