You just have to wait or do refresh several times. Or use other network around you to load the site. I suppose you are European and Singapore exchange biki.cc (even though .cc stands for the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Cocos (Keeling) Islands, an Australian territory).

You can try accessing the site via mobile, and try to download their app. Maybe this will fasten your access.

I think you should develop a new chrome, Firefox extension for the wallet. So, this won't be necessary to use the website. Also, creating a new andriod/IOS application can be useful.
Also, in my own idea after giving the tokens to bounty hunters the price will dump.

Because, yes for now we have more demand than supply to increase the price but after giving out the bounty rewards and bounty hunters selling all the HY they got we will see a much more supply comparing to the current demand and this situation can dump price. Do you have have any solution for it?
I recommend you to freeze the bounty rewards or you can provide tokens holders some benefits, such as, annual profit

Do you have a wallet on https://wallet2.internetofcoins.org/ and ETH / ETH.HY balance there? Have you tried clicking "sent" button there?
I have few tokens there (from bounty), but dont have ETH to check if sending really works. Btw, current transaction fee is 0.00189 ETH

With 21 000 000 000 tokens in supply, do you really think that bounty hunters with their 5 350 tokens (plus unknown pull of content/meme bounty) could really dump the price ?
