Leeds is another team relegated from Premier League and I think they have not lost a lot of players,the odds of them are very low at 1.38 which is a clear indicator that they are also favorites to get promoted again in the Premier League next season,we have to see the first weeks before we see who are the clear favorites to get promoted.

Leicester is one of the favorites to win Championship this season, with Southampton, Watford and few other teams, so it is no surprise to me they managed to win today match against Coventry.
Championship teams are no joke and Leeds found out that today against Cardiff, after losing for almost 90 minutes they somehow managed to nick one goal in extra time and get a point
 from draw.
This season is going be very interesting to follow but we should wait few more rounds to see how teams are prepared for this season.

Matches have started in the Championship. Leicester, Watford and Norwich were the favorites to win in the first week. Southampton also won away from home and all the favorite teams won completely in the first week. Acun Ilııcalı's team Hull City started the match fast against Norwich. In the 17th minute, Hull City took the lead with Delap but conceded a goal late in the first half to end the first half in a draw. It was Norwich who dominated the match more and we can say that they deserved it.

EFL Championship Round 2 is starting this weekend with most matches being played in Saturday.
There are some interesting matches for me, especially Southampton vs Norwich, but some teams first need to play EFL Carabao Cup matches today.
Maybe this could affect how they perform in Saturday matches because they will only have two days to rest, so keep that in mind before placing any bets.
Leeds plays against Shrewsbury, Ipswich against Bristol Rovers, Leicester against Burton, and some teams played yesterday.

Odds are not bad on favorites but I think they could play their matches with mixed squad.

Since this is one for the first rounds it is better to keep bet with lower stakes until we see form for all teams.

Southampton - Norwich
I know this is risky but I just have to take home win here.
Home advantage and first match match will make Southampton have big boost from their supporters.
This two teams know each other very well from Premier League and Southampton have better H2H record.
I think we are going to see both teams scoring but I expect to see 2:1 final result.

Plymoth just came in Championship and they started very good with win in first round, but Watford is different class from Huddersfield.
I expect to see lot of goals in this match and Watford to win as better team.

Huddersfield - Leicester
Huddersfield did not start this season in a good way and they will have a lot of problems against strong Leicester team.
I cant see any other outcome here other than away win, and Leicester needs points to come back in Premier League.
Odds are very good for away win but I am thinking about -1 handicap for even better odds.

I expect to see match with lot of goals and both team scoring, but Blackburn is favorite to win.

So... JWP lost, back to Prem. Saints seem to not mind and keep finding the net (against Norwich too, so not too shabby eh?). Boro horrible day, PNE making things count early so maybe they'll put last season to bed early. Leicester gone done the job, not Leeds.

Crazy results today maybe because season just started, but I said before it is better to place smaller bets in first few weeks.
Eight goals in Southampton vs Norwich, and Saints managed to score last goal in final moments of extra time for final score 4:4  
Maybe I expected to see goals in this match, but I didnt expect to see eight  
Only Leicester partially did what I expected, and I am really disappointed with Watford performance against Plymouth.

Table is updated and Ipswich Town is surprisingly taken the first place with perfect record, followed by Leicester that scored one goal less.
Middlesbrough, Huddersfield, Sheffield and Sunderland are dead last with zero points and Middlesbrough didnt even score a goal in this season.

Leeds - West Brom
Championship round 3 is starting today with big match between Leeds and West Brom.
Leeds still dont have a win in this season after losing last round against Birmingham, and had draw in first round against Cardiff.
West Brom has 3 points so far and they all came from last week win against Swansea, so this match is very important for both clubs.
Bookmakers made Leeds a favorite because of home advantage, but I think we can see a draw or surprise away win today.
Leeds have good H2H record against West Brom, but they dont perform great as favorites and they have few important players questionable for today.

My main bet for today is Leicester to win against Cardiff.
There is big difference is class and quality, but it is not going to be easy job for Leicester to beat Cardiff.
Odds are not bad for home win and I think there is a good chance for Leicester to win in first half.

I dont understand why bookmakers made Stoke a favorite here, in my book Watford has better chances to win in this match.
Both teams are missing few players but I think Watford has much better attack, and they have better H2H record against Stoke.

Nice win for Southampton in the last minute of the game,I was watching the live odds and the ones of Southampton were 4.25 before they scored that goal that gave them the win,the odd of draw was 1.22 and I think most people would have been reluctant to bet on Southampton to win at that time but great performance from Southampton.

For other games I think Leicester needs to win this game after not having that good of a start by drawing in the first game,now is their chance to start their steam toward the qualification for the Premier League again.

New Round 4 of EFL Championship is starting tomorrow with one match between Hull and Bristol City.
Bristol have a good H2H record against Hull but for this match they are going to miss few players, and Hull played very good this season against strong teams.
Connolly and Tufan are in good form and they are main attack force for Hull so I expect them to score again.
Anything can happen in this match but I expect both teams to score.

yeah, Championship is back tomorrow, and from this first three rounds, one can say that old rule that 2 relegated teams will fight for promotion and third to avoid another relegation seems to be unveiling here
Southampton and Leicester are having good start, and Leeds is holding back, without a win so far

Hull - Bristol City 1:1, both teams scored like I expected but I was a chicken and I didnt place any bet
Tufan from Hull is currently best goal scorer in league with 4 goals, but few players are right behind him with 3 goals.

inline with that, Ipswich is playing against Leeds, odds are solid on a home win @2.25, and seems that it is worth betting

I am not sure what to think about Leeds team this season and they are missing Bamford and few other injured players, but I wont give them big chances against Ipswich in great form.

Huddersfield - Norwich
This is my main bet for this Championship round, and I think Norwich has much better chances to win points tomorrow.
Huddersfield is not the same team from last season and they started with only one point from three matches.
Norwich will have tough competition for top spots but they are always in competition for Premier league spots.
H2H record is totally in Norwich side and odds om them is amazing, but for safer bet asian handicap is not bad.

Leicester won against Rotherham, and Norwich easily demolished Huddersfield, with amazing prematch odds.
Southampton was better than QPR and Armstrong  is now one of the best goal scorers in Championship with 4 goals.

One more match left for tomorrow is Watford vs Blackburn.
This is tricky one to predict correct outcome but I think we are going to see both teams scoring and lot of goals.
Watford has only one win this season and they need to push really hard to win in Vicarage Road with support of their fans.
