Stock photos mean a scam project without any further doubt. These scammers are never ending though so good job posting a thread to make sure some newbies in the market get warned of the same and dont fall for it.

Account was newly created and the ANN is also self-modded, probably to prevent people from calling them out there. Roll Eyes
